Pinepac Group prioritizes Health & Safety across its sites, with senior management supervision and monthly committee meetings, ensuring a safe environment for all.

Since 1992, Pinepac has implemented a formal Health & Safety program across all its sites, overseen by senior management. Trained managers and supervisors are responsible for on-site safety, while a dedicated Health & Safety committee meets monthly to prioritize safety and boost employee engagement, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for our team members, external contractors, and site visitors at our two sites.

Pinepac follows a documented health and safety management system, “JobSAFE,” designed to comply with New Zealand’s national legislation and Worksafe standards. Regular site inspections ensure the system surpasses the requirements outlined in the ILO conventions.
